It should be noted that since the publication of the WWF Guide to Buying Paper, the U.S. International Trade Commission has struck down the "anti-dumping" duties imposed by the U.S. Dept. of Commerce on glossy paper imports from China, Indonesia and South Korea.
This makes moot WWF France's claim (in the French publication Enviro2b) that any paper producer was "sanctioned." Further, decision by U.S. Dept. of Commerce and U.S. International Trade Commission are NOT based (as claimed by WWF France) on "illegal logging," but on issues of whether or not U.S. industry is "materially injured" or theatened by imported products.
